5 Week Healthy Living Challenge
The 5-Week Healthy Living Challenge is a health promotion program
designed to motivate participants to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables
per day, participate in 30 minutes of exercise five days a week, and do five
activities per week to reduce stress.
This guide will provide you with all the information and materials to
successfully complete the Healthy Living Challenge!
